Any suspected breach of account security must be reported to pkid support immediately.
Warning: pkid will never contact you to request your password or OTP code via any channel. Any request for your credentials purportedly from pkid is fraudulent. Do not comply with such requests and report them to pkid support without delay.
Each individual may hold only one pkid account. Where pkid identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts will be suspended. pkid reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to determine which account (if any) shall be reinstated and to cancel all bonuses, pending withdrawals, and accrued VIP points across the duplicated accounts.
pkid accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Direct, Meezan Bank, and Bank Transfer. Minimum deposit amounts and any applicable processing times are published on the pkid deposits page and may be updated from time to time. pkid does not apply deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges for which pkid bears no responsibility.
Deposits are credited to your pkid Account in real time or as soon as confirmation is received from your payment provider. pkid is not liable for any delays attributable to technical issues within your bank or mobile payment provider's infrastructure.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by players whose accounts have completed KYC verification. pkid processes withdrawal requests to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, pkid may request additional verification before processing to an alternative method. pkid reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily extend the processing timeline. Withdrawal of any funds that remain subject to active wagering requirements is not permitted. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements may result in the cancellation of the associated bonus and any accrued winnings on those bonus funds, at pkid's discretion. Real-money funds held separately from bonus funds are always withdrawable subject to standard verification and processing procedures.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkid's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the pkid Account, or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of Real Money Funds held in that player's pkid Account at the time the relevant claim arises.
pkid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity arising from: Platform downtime, maintenance periods, technical interruptions, delay or failure of payment processing outside pkid's direct control, or events of force majeure.
The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. pkid makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. pkid is not responsible for any loss arising from reliance on information published on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to factors outside pkid's reasonable control.
Your use of the pkid Platform is subject to pkid's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes in detail how pkid collects, processes, stores, protects, and may share your personal data — including CNIC information, transaction records, and gameplay history — in accordance with applicable data protection principles. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data processing described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible at any time via the footer of the pkid Platform.
pkid reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, pkid will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email to the registered account address and/or via an on-platform notification. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or formatting updates) take effect immediately upon publication. Your continued use of the pkid Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkid is licensed, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions that may be applicable under Pakistani law.
In the event of a dispute between a player and pkid, players are encouraged to first raise the matter through pkid's internal complaints procedure by contacting pkid support via the live chat facility or by email. pkid commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body designated by pkid's licensing authority.
